Monday February 23rd at 5:30PM we’ll be hosting the official listening event for the brand-new Gorillaz album “The Mountain”.
Yes, there will be goodies, but we aren’t sure what all of them are yet. More info on that as we get closer to the event…but one very cool thing we can share is we will be taking orders for a special white label “Listening Party Exclusive” variant of the LP. We aren’t sure of quantities yet, but it’s sure to be limited! Orders will be taken at the event only!
How to get in:
Entry will be first come first served. We will get everyone to lineup outside the store prior to event start. Just before 5:30pm, we will let everyone into the shop, then start playing the album shortly after. The event is free and all ages (as always).
People always ask “when should I line up?” and the answer is…we don’t know! So far, we have only had to turn people away from one of our listening events, but arriving semi-early is still recommended to be safe. We never know how many goodies we are getting until right before the event, so if that’s what you’re after, early arrival is encouraged!
